Ludmilla Creek | | MANTA has a boat park on Ludmilla Creek in the heart of Darwin. Access to water in Ludmilla Creek is dependent on tides. There is a ramp for multihulls with trailers but lifting equipment such as cranes are required for larger yachts and must be arranged when needed. | Boat Park Use | | The boat park year runs from 1 November - 30th October each year. Fees are: | | MANTA Member Large Multihull | $180 per annum | | MANTA Member Off The Beach | $80 per annum | | Approved short term visiting multihulls | $100 per month plus electricity |
| | Visiting vessels wishing to use the boat park must make prior arrangements and sign a boat park agreement (see links below). | | | | Boat Park Agreement (Word doc 28KB or PDF 42KB) | Getting there | | Drive out of town on East Point Road, past the Darwin Sailing Club (on the left) and the Fannie Bay Shopping Centre (on the right). Keep to the coastline and proceed to the end of the residential area then turn right into Colivas Road immediately before the entrance to East Point Reserve. This road leads to the boat park and a public ramp. You will need a key to access the boat park if no-one else is there. | | | |
